Universalis Wholistic Health aims to create universal physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It is our life mission to provide the knowledge and skills to help care for others throughout their life spectrum. We have a calling to serve and help individuals, couples, families, and communities determine healthy goals that match their needs. The most rewarding part of what we do at Universalis Wholistic Health is helping to find the “a-ha” moments. Together, we identify problems, create solutions, and celebrate when our clients manifest their well-being.

Our Services

  • At Universalis Wholistic Health, we focus on mental, spiritual, and physical health and the intertwining connection between the three to promote your optimal quality of life.

  • Often unresolved physical complaints lead to dis-ease and disorders. By identifying them early, they can be prevented and managed, if present.

  • Creating a customized plan of care by incorporating your personal goals for you and your family.

  • We offer Jin Shin Jyutsu as an alternative form of medicine. It centers around removing obstructions by harmonizing energy.

Mental Health

Your emotional past traumas often effect your current health and well-being. In our practice, we integrate psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, counseling, and alternative modalities to meet your unique needs.

Appointments and Scheduling

  • We believe in meeting you where you’re at by offering appointments both in our office or in your home, as well as via telehealth.

  • If you’d like to schedule an initial intake appointment, we request you set it at least a week in advance. Additionally, we can schedule follow-ups as needed whenever we have the availability.

We don’t believe in double or triple-booking our clients. We respect the value of your time, and your faith in our practice. When you schedule an appointment with us, that time is for you.

However, we politely ask that you please respect the time we dedicate to each and every patient we see. Some appointments do run over, and in emergency situations, we take the time necessary to resolve them. The health, safety, and wellbeing of our clients is always our first priority.

  • While we understand that life happens and occasionally things occur which prevent you from attending your appointment, please provide us with a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel without getting charged.

If you’re late and we can accommodate you, we’ll do our best to hold your scheduled appointment. If you fail to show for your appointment more than twice, you may risk being released from our practice.

We understand life happens, however we politely ask that you do your best to notify us as soon as you’re aware you may not be able to make your appointments.

  • When you arrive, you shouldn’t have to wait any longer than five minutes from the time you step through our door until your appointment begins. Your time is precious, and entirely your own once you’ve scheduled an appointment.

For an intake appointment, expect at least 30 minutes to an hour, depending on your medical history. Follow-ups can be 15-30 minutes. For your comfort, you may bring a friend or family member. However, there are examination questions which are private and confidential, which you may not wish them to be present for, and it may take additional time if they have questions too.

  • At the end of every appointment, we schedule a follow-up, which is dependent on your progress along your individual health journey. These can be in-office, in-home, or via teleheath as necessary. We strongly advise follow-ups to help prevent gaps in our health system, as well as hold you accountable to any goals or lifestyle changes that may occur. We provide post-visit reports, which are always available on your patient portal.

We strongly advise appointments before calling in a prescription refill, depending on your specific health journey.
