If you would like to enroll in our practice, we are more than happy to do so over the phone.
For established clients, if you call us with a question, depending on the nature of it, your call may develop into a phone consultation which would we bill or schedule a follow-up appointment for. If we are not able to answer immediately, do expect a response as soon as possible within 24 hours.

After our initial intake appointment which we can schedule over the phone or email, you will be able to schedule your own appointments through the patient portal. Additionally, you have the ability to access your medical records, read and view post-visit reports, make payments, and find lab and imaging results.
